New to reformer?
We offer beginner classes throughout our weekly schedule, as well as a structured 6 Week Beginner Reformer Block designed specifically for those who are completely new to the reformer.
This 6 week course provides the perfect introduction to Reformer Pilates. Across six weekly sessions you will learn the key movements and principles of reformer training, helping you build strength, control and confidence on the machine.
Each class progresses week by week, allowing you to develop your technique safely while improving mobility, stability and overall body awareness.
Our small group classes are limited to just six reformers per session, allowing instructors to give individual guidance and ensure everyone moves safely and effectively throughout the programme.
This course consists of six consecutive weekly classes at the same time each week, helping you build consistency and progress with the same group.
